Has you wrighten any doc about how to upgrade to new verson?

No - but its easy. Backup all customized or config files - put any new file at the same place as the old one. That's it. At the moment there is no db change.

Please can you confirm a full list of files or folders that should be backed up and restored after completing the upgrade.

folder "inc_conf"

every *.css file that you have customized.
backup your db - but that's should be done regular

Simple: do not transfer the inc_conf folder of the update package. If I release patch packages there are only files included that should be updated.

No - only if a db update was made.
