what can i do when i get Spam in guestbook even with captcha enabled?

Is there a solution for the 1.2.8 release? Is there something I can do myself to get rid of the spam even with captcha? Thanks.

Is there something I can do myself to get rid of the spam even with captcha?
I change the alias from guestbook to gstbk or whatever. When I start getting spam again I change the alias again .... messages, or nospam_gstbk, etc. It usually fixes it for a while. Remember to update any re-directs or links though.
