FREE is always TOUGH to find!

http://media-convert.com/
Media-Convert is 100% free, online file conversion. No software is needed, and you don't have to register. You only need your favorite Internet browser. Your files are ready 7/7 days 24/24 hours.

Video to .FLV is EASY:

.AVI to .SWF:
http://www.swftools.org/
AVI2SWF Converts AVI animation files to SWF. It supports Flash MX H.263 compression.

Turbine Video Encoder includes places a very small icon on the top-right corner of the encoded Flash videos.

FROM other video formats are a little harder:
http://www.erightsoft.net/Superdc.html
Simplified Universal Player Encoder & Renderer. This does MANY conversions.

Lots of video format conversions on a MAC:

maybe this video editor will do. it's simple, but has all basic options such as add remarks, notes, symbols and etc, change colour, cut and many more. well, the output maybe in flash as i know!

For a small job you could also try the 30 day trial of Adobe AfterEffects. Problem could be that you're so impressed that you never want to touch anything else;-))

Me to. Btw, nice to see you again DeXXus. Haven’t seen you for a while.

Anyway, here is some software for you macangelo, to make video and export as swf/flash format.

If you are newbie with actionscript, that language flash talking, then use SWiSH software instead, its fast and you don’t have to use actionscript, SWiSH do everything for you for free.

Multimedia is my job and if you need pro tools, I prefer Macromedia Flash 8 – for flash stuffs, Adobe Premiere Pro 7 – for edit all kind of video format, and my favourites, 3DS Max 6 – for make 3D animations and pictures for eg. Game intros and other stuffs.

Please click free on link bellow to see pictures and videos.
