Login Error Message

Wondering if anyone could help. I am getting this error message upon login after install.

I deleted everything and reinstalled twice. All the files are present.

running on Safari on Mac OSX

Hi,

have you copied the setup.conf.inc.php to /config/phpwcms/conf.inc.php?

Sounds like a wrong path setting.

sure did. The path is correct to config file. Not sure what else. I am going to try an dig a little deeper and see if something was overwritten.
