Im locking for some host-blog, something likes this, but free

With blog-host user can cerate there own blogg, but adress to there blog is your site anyway, somthing like this; http://www.yoursite.com/bloguser1 or somthing
Its seem to be deferent between blog and blog, and I find out its host-blog I need to my visitor. For get more visitor to site, and so user can create theirs own blog with theirs own templates, presentation etc.
Anyone know some good blog host and free in php?
