Problem With Site Structure

I recently upgraded to 1.2.8 and now I have a problem whenever I try to edit the Site Structure. It doesn't matter what I try to do to the Site Structure whenever I hit the save button I get a blank screen with on word: Error!

Please Help

Hi,

a db table entry is missing. Please run the db update again. Then you will see some errors during this procedure. That is ok.
