upgrade 1.2.5-DEV to 1.2.8 problems with file storage

i upgrade from 1.2.5-DEV to 1.2.8.
i also made these three steps:
1) UPGRADE FILESTORAGE (all files will be moved and renamed)
2) UPGRADE ARTICLE CONTENT IMAGE (copy and paste using phpMyAdmin)
3) UPGRADE ARTICLE CONTENT IMAGELIST (copy and paste using phpMyAdmin)

problem: Old images (in FILE menu) shown as thumbnails, but new images shown as image icons. And in image browser old folders pictures a shown, but in new created folders they are not shown - "not file".
