Hi is there a way to store the e-mail from a form generator in a database from phpwcms ? and also to receive it in the same time to a e-mail address?

This is in preparation for the official release - having a general "form to database" function including export as CSV. Available within some days.

maybe - but using 1.2.6 is not recommend anymore since 1.2.8 is available.

 I have a my site in 1.2.6 and is working fine so it will be great to have one for 1.2.6 (e-mail to databse) + I have a lot of hacks install and I understand that in the news version the hacks are not working..for now

i know it is not recommended to use 1.2.6., but here is a description how I enhance the formmail to db: http://phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10621
If you are interested I can send you the md5 enhanced script (to encode the tablename which is hold by a hiddenfield).

No just simple update --- after backup ---. An d always upgrade a parallel installation.

thanks for your reply. is the function quoted above part of 1.2.8 or do have to wait for an update? have installed the release, but it doesn't seem to be part of.

thanks for your effort, your help and the new release!
