there is definitly something wrong with your installation. Please try 1.2.8

again and check each setting step by step.

Seems to be problem with your server system. Maybe you have referer problem too. Don't know what it is exactly.
So the session is lost by switching from phpwcms.php to actions. Can be everything. Please ask your provider.
