Modifying article content — WYSIWYG HTML

Hi all,
I really would like some help with customizing the following:
When i ad a content block i would like i to show like it does on :
http://attention-riks.org/site/index.phtml in the right column.
i have manage to get the H3 in the css to roll. i now would like the part were the text goes to be like the htnl boxes i made in right column....
Also when i ad ie The NEW tag i would like it to show as the boxes in the right column, guess this is the same modyfing part...
Hmmm, my english is really poor, hope someone understands. Willing to pay for this.
Please let me know if possible.
