After Upgrade to 1.2.6 no more Images in Frontend

Since i upgraded my old version (1.1-RC4 27.8.2004) to 1.2.6 27.4.2006 there are no more article images shown in the frontend. I think the problem is that there are no entries at all when i run the setup/upgrade_articleimages.php.
The message i get when i run the script is:
# TOTAL: 17 ENTRIES
# =================================================================
# DO THIS ONLY ONCE!!!!!!!
# COPY AND PASTE BY USING PHPMYADMIN!!!!!!!
So it says 17 entries, but none of them is shown.
Does anyone know what i can do in this case?
