Hi,

when creating articles (independend of what kind) i got identical error messages, which look like this:

Warning: main(include/inc_lib/content/cnt2.readform.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_lib/article.readform.inc.php on line 44

Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening 'include/inc_lib/content/cnt2.readform.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/share/php') in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_lib/article.readform.inc.php on line 44

Warning: main(include/inc_lib/content/cnt2.sql.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_lib/article.editcontent.inc.php on line 299

Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening 'include/inc_lib/content/cnt2.sql.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/share/php') in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_lib/article.editcontent.inc.php on line 299

Warning: main(include/inc_tmpl/content/cnt1.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_tmpl/articlecontent.edit.tmpl.php on line 189

Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening 'include/inc_tmpl/content/cnt1.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/share/php') in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_tmpl/articlecontent.edit.tmpl.php on line

I read through the forum and saw some user having the same problem but i couldn't get any solution for me. I could personaly not imagine that this messages have something to do with the pathes. However, below i post my pathes from my conf.inc.php:

// site values
$phpwcms["site"] = "http://www.domain.de/";
$phpwcms["admin_email"] = "";

// paths
$phpwcms["DOC_ROOT"] = '/srv/www/htdocs';
$phpwcms["root"] = ""; //default: ""
$phpwcms["file_path"] = "phpwcms_filestorage"; //default: "phpwcms_filestorage"
$phpwcms["templates"] = "phpwcms_template"; //default: "phpwcms_template"
$phpwcms["content_path"] = "content"; //default: "content"
$phpwcms["cimage_path"] = "images"; //default: "images"
$phpwcms["ftp_path"] = "phpwcms_ftp"; //default: "phpwcms_ftp"

Would be very pleased to get any solutions.

Thanks,
soesom

Hello soesome,

why not checking Servers path ? Just this in the root dir:

Code: Select all

<?php
phpinfo();
?>
This is available from backend PHPWCMS as well. Your path looks like this install is alone on Server ..?!

Seems like a must : CHMOD or path ...

So :

In phpinfo, reachable under "admin" in backend:

you need to look in section APACHE Environment:

DOCUMENT_ROOT /home/htdocs/web4/html

(this is example from my server)

Your posted Path looks like an Apache Server with only one domain....thats why i struggled... quite exclusive :lol: so better check this again..

Next possible reason may be the the directory rights ( CHMOD)

look this up here: http://www.phpwcms-docu.de/inst_de.phtml

If these things match ...phpwcms is running ... only exclusion is IIS then you might run *g*

Hi Juergen,

when looking at phpinfo the follwoing entry appears in it:

DOCUMENT_ROOT /srv/www/htdocs

i have installed it there. That seems to be o.k.

I also checked the directory rights: they are o.k. But still i got error messages like this:

Warning: main(include/inc_tmpl/content/cnt2.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_tmpl/articlecontent.edit.tmpl.php on line 189

Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening 'include/inc_tmpl/content/cnt2.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/share/php') in /srv/www/htdocs/include/inc_tmpl/articlecontent.edit.tmpl.php on line 189

Any other suggestion ?

Thanks,
soesom

Hi

Next thing is to check if you got a 'tmp' or 'phptmp' or something like this in your account. If so chmod this "777".

Would be interesting if other PHP jobs ar running propper? Is there any domain to see this live ?

Hi,

seems that i have a solution:

i changed the 'include' path in php.ini and now it works properly. Hopefully it will in future, too.

Thanks to you for all suggestions,
Jürgen
