turkish character problem...

Hi,

I can't view turkish characters in my phpwcms frontend and backend. I have changed meta tags iso-8859-1 to into 8859-9, but I couldn't solve the problem. I should add that thereis no character problem in the mysql database, all viewed correct.

Yeah thank you - I have tested. There is a problem with htmlentities - I will find a solution for that on weekend.

I will work that out on weekend. I think Polish is something easy to check for me - a good friend of mine is Pole ;-)
