It's ok, not a designbomb but at a good level. The only thing i would correct is

i would set the border of the table to "0" or change it to an one pix border via css...
maybe you could tune up the image with the bus a little bit... levels and contrast should be corrected, a little more saturation could be good...

I know - low budget job, so the designpart is done fast.
The content is filled in by the client - so he decides wether to have a table border or not... But I agree with you about tableborders
Will play around with the picture for app. 30 sec. - I don't get paid extra to change it...

oh ok, i could follow you 100%. the fucking low budget clients everytime... i know this problem
