Saubere "Optik" <--this into English??

hello all masters,
I know no German, but I come across the following, from looking at the photos, I think it will solve some of my problems that I encounter, but any one know the english version anywhere?

p.s. I've tried AltaVista Babel Fish Translation, but the output is very hard to understand
