PHPWCMS ?!?!?

http://webviewcms.com/ This guys selling phpwcms!!! and tell to the people that is his own cms based on phpwcms!!!! i suppose he even don't do any change in cms and selling it as is!!!
Or i make a mistake?

they are selling the Design and the Installation not the phpWCMS-Core

I think they are not trying to hide it, it says phpwcms all over the place
They just put their own name on phpwcms... who cares if the code and copy notice is still there and they even pu tit in their footer.
Fair enough (INMHO)... Plus, to be honest they don't seems to be the biggest company on earth
Though it seems it has been done ... long time ago looks like RC1 1.4

Yeap, but is not illegal to sale phpwcms as your own? (don't have read the licence of phpwcms)

I don't think they sell phpwcms as THEIR product, nor do they sell the script, they just "name it" (and only for their clients, I guess as a 'marketing' strategy) differently and they have
