Listing of Article content parts

I have been searching through this forum but could not find an answer to my question. I have an article that consists of four content parts. Now at the top of the page I would like to show a listing of the content parts (in a fifth content part) with links, so a visitor of the website can click on a content part and then jump to it instantly. There are top markers below each content part so visitors can jump back up easily.

I have tried it with four different articles each containing one content part. Then you can make a listing of the articles in a content part in the first article and jump to them, but that means only the first (or only one) article (and thus content part) is shown on the page.

I now have one article with four content parts and those are all shown on the page, but I cannot make the listing on top of the page.

Can anyone help me with this, is there some sort of {Breadcrumbs} for content parts?

Another option would be if I could show multiple articles on a page, if anyone can show me how that is done, then I am also satisfied.
