Hi there!

I got a problem with animated GIFs in phpwcms1.2.5-DEV.

When I upload an animated GIF into the file section in the backend, I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromgif() in /home/www/web129/html/phpwcms/include/inc_ext/ss_image/ss_image.class.php on line 79

Is phpwcms unable to process animated GIFs or what could be the problem?

Hab ein problem mit animierten GIFs in phpwcms1.2.5-DEV.

Wenn ich ein animiertes GIF im Backend unter "Datei" hochlade, bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung im CMS:

Kann das CMS keine animierten GIFs im Thumbnail-Format darstellen oder wo liegt das Problem?

es kann schon animierte gif´s hochladen. (funktioniert bei mir einwandfrei).
allerdings musst du daran denken, daß die verkleinerten vorschauen dann
nicht mehr animiert sind und die animation nur abläuft, wenn das gif exakt
in der größe angezeigt werden kann in der es erstellt wurde.

(der bilderrenderer kann m.e. die animation nicht mit rendern. ergo: jede
größenveränderung bleibt die animation auf der strecke)

evtl. hat das was damit zu tun, ob imagick eingesetzt wird.
