Please check the page layout in Firefox! At the bottom the layout isn't working well.

nice and clear design.

i like this claer navigation.

only on top i would use a small distance/border maybe like 10 px.
but this is my personal opinion...

I really like the site and the banner - clean and crisp. I have 3 small recommendations, for what they are worth.

1. Your design could be somewhat tightened by lining up the vertical line to the right of the logo with the line to the right of the navigation. (Maybe bump the logo left a hair, make it a notch smaller and push the banner line to the left about 60 pixels to line up with the nav line)

2. I have issues with the line going through the "liberated businessman" in the banner. Maybe if you push that line to the right to match the change I recommend with the other banner line, then you could bump the guy left a hair, if needed.

3. For sites that do not have a very much copy (or use a smaller font, as you've done), I like to use a slightly narrower layout. Instead of 760px, you may want to try something like 600px or 700px. This will also help to tighten up the layout a bit.

Please feel free to disregard my comments if you'd like. I think you've done a great job creating a clean, crisp site!
