Scale website + db driven CSS

some time ago a good friend of mine showed me a CMS he was building.

He implemented everything using the EM instead of PX (pixel).
This has one big advantage over pixels because your website becomes scalable. People with a big screen still see the website clear and sharp.
I would love to see this functionality also in PHPWCMS.

Also he had almost everything DB driven, even the CSS stylesheet(s).
Maybe a good idea also?
