I created one category called "News" under the Index, and an article under the "News" category.

Actually, the "News" category was first called "Home" but I renamed it.

Now I am trying to create a new category called "Blog" but no matter where I click, all I can create is articles.

I tried collapsing the tree and doing it that way, I tired creating an article under Index, it becomes an article, nto a category.

What am I doing wrong, or not doing?
How do I create new categories?

I was able to do this on the first sintallation but then I re-installed the software from scratch (also new database) and now I can no longer create categories.

This is separated:

Adding categories is only possible to admins in "admin" section of the backend.

In articles section you can ONLY create articles
