URGENT:: Templates for new article

hi, i used phpwcms to develop a cms for a site which had 7 links and all had their own sub-menus. i included these sub menus in the page. now the client requires that new pages be created. a new page in phpwcms is created but this does not include the header, footer and menu.
Is there a way i can define 7 templates in new article, each with header, footer and menu? so that when the client wants a new page, he simply selects a template for a particular menu, creates a new article and is done!
