I would delete this from view source:

If there ever will be found a security bug its easy to search google and find sites thats use eg. 1.2.1....

But we know phpwcms has no security issues

and when it has, OG patches (at least that he's fast for

But in 1.2.1 there eg. included a phpmailer that is update in later packages because it has bugs included.

I dont talk about problems in phpwcms code - but also in the extern scripts etc...

I would remove it if I was you...

thanks for pointing that out. The install was done a year ago for only a special section of downloadable images after fashion show. This year the whole site uses wcms, but as you say, using 121. Now I show myself stupid, but where would I delete the header in output. I do remember seeing it somewhere...but my head is foggy atm.

(i really do not want to upgrade at this point, since the site went live yesterday)

still in brasil, but leaving today... *sigh*

yeah there might be an issue in an older version of php mailer; i recently had a huge problem on that - but i don't want to alarm anyone, will tell more when i have more data on it...
