Hi there,

WinMerge (http://winmerge.org/) has been discussed quite freequently to compare new cvs files.
What kind of files are comparable?
Does anyone know some kind of solution to compare changes within xls files?

Thanks,
FELIX

you should be able to compare all kind of files....

But xls is a cryptated fileformat right? So, you cant use it for that...

Eg. export you xls to xml or something and then compare?

All the software seems commercial (costly).

I've heard that this java package can do such, but have no idea how complex or worthwhile it would be to investigate.
