Hello Breitsch. Long time ago
....Not the same domain, but the same host. We also manage all the websites with the same admin panel (same login).

That might be the problem. Flash Player restrictions:
Adobe Flash Player security restrictions require that the movie (mediaplayer.swf or player.swf or imagerotator.swf) and all data files (playlist.xml, captions.xml, skin.swf, plugin, etc.) MUST come from the EXACT same domain unless you put a cross-domain policy file on the root of the server that is serving the data files.
Same for SWF files, ID3 data, etc.

Oh! There must be a misunderstaning, Breitsch. Everything is on the same server (playlist, player and source files)

Hi breitsch.
I was trying your new version of the Media Player when I noticed this strange behavior of the playlists:
On the preview area I can see this:
But on the actual page the playlist text is gone:
You can see that is puts the separation line between my 2 test movies and the clickable area is still there but the text itself simply refuses to show.
I tried different colors of both the background and the front area, but that didn't make any difference.
I'm testing on a new installation of phpwcms using release 345.
I tried to search for similar problems on the Longtail forum (and here) without any luck.
If you happen to have any ideas what could I do to try to fix this, I would really appreciate them.
Thank you and take care,
Pedro Fardilha

Without having a closer look on it: the appearance of the playlist depends on the skin, not every skin shows the title, some take the description or other fields.
Try it with other fields and when it still not works post again here, I'll have a closer look on it then.

Hi again.
Thank you for your replay.
In order to test the other fields this is what i've done:
- On Modules -> JW Media Player -> CP Preview I activate all the fields, just in case.
- On the Files I went onto one of the movies and add some info to all of the available fields.
- Just to be certain that the playlist would be updated I went to the content part and change the value of one of the settings.
- Just to double check, I went back to the modules and press the update icon.
- I also tried other skins, just to be certain it wasn't a problem of this particular skin, although I was using the default one.
But still no luck.
So, if you don't mind wasting some time, could you please give me some hints on what to do?
Thanks!
Pedro Fardilha

JW FLV Media PLayer Module is deprecated!
You can still use it on older installations, but it won't be developed further.
JW Image Rotator Module was updated to V3 and got a new home for Docu and Download:
