As mentioned throughout this thread, I am not the true creator of the concept.....credit goes to Marcus. And to be honest, I did my modifications as a learning experience. There are bugs, but in the name of progress I tried to create good documentation. But I think there are others who have a far wider experience in php that might see better ways to implement stuff. Anyway big thanks to you and your efforts...looking forward to your results....

Rasmus Lerdorf, the original developer of PHP, has been at a Linux Conference here in Dunedin (My home town). His take on web development is that JSON has a bright future (likely supported in future browser releases). He is doing a two day lecture on Rich Web Apps that can be accessed here:

Although the guy is brilliant, he is very down to earth....been working over at Yahoo as senior developer. Plenty of interesting web services stuff...the lecture notes document these projects....
