Bijan, some permissions are not set correct

Long-time no see
Thanks for the tip. I changed that to url. It helped in one aspect, but still getting the same red setup bars as above picture.
Also another issue is the default css with-in Admin area, is blank.
Every time I fill it with data, it won't save it.
I have checked the access rights about ten times.
1) DIR phpwcms_tmp/thumb_list 777
2) DIR phpwcms_tmp/thumb_preview 777
3) DIR phpwcms_ftp 755
4) DIR phpwcms_filestorage 777
5) DIR content/images 777
6 ) FILE setup/setup.conf.inc.php 666
7 ) FILE phpwcms_template/inc_css/frontend.css 666
8 ) FILE include/inc_conf/conf.pagelayout.inc.php 666
All other files listed above can set to 644, directories to 755. Sometimes it can help to set mode to 766 for the following directories: phpwcms_tmp, phpwcms_template, phpwcms_ftptakeover, inc_css, content.

I guess there is a problem with my ftp programs. I have used three different ftp programs to change them to the seetings suggested in the documents.

SmartFTP is a very good one - the others I don't know or don't like. But I will check your account right now.
