remove your self-compiled PHP and take the one Suse 9.1 have included via YAST. That's all you need.

my php 4.3.4 is from the suse 9.1 cd !!!
i install it with yast.......

have someone a perfect php.ini for me??

"php.ini" controls PHP/Server interaction ~AFTER~ it has been configured w/options and compiled into kernel. By then... you have ~NONE~ of the necessary supporting packages for text, graphics, sessions, etc. to... "control" via PHP.INI

i remove/install php4.3.4 form the suse9.1 cd!
php works, but no sessions.....
how can i enable this??
