It should be no problem to create an install of the latest RC4 somewhere else and use the SQL export/import to move the bulk of your creation.

There are a "few" things extra to consider. Images are not stored in the database, so you would need to duplicate the contnents of the "/picture", "/phpwcms_filestorage/1" and any additional folders or scripts that -you- have created.

If you have used "explicit" path references in the layout, template or articles, you would have to adjust or reproduce them. Important not to forget things like CSS changes and config files.
