Paginate Content Parts !!!

...if the subsection value is set to 0 or 1 = 1 page only (normal article). Content part pagination is processed for subsection values > 1 only. The content part "page" numbering is NOT related to the subsection value so you can also have values like [0] [5] [100] there - this is to handle disabling content parts without the need to renumber the subsection value.
