Then you really should want a developer branch! I would prefer that developers test it as hell beforehand. I would never take a 'proper release' and install it for my clients the same day. There will always be some mishaps with a 'proper release' and therefore to much risk involved.

No, release a dev. release(so people are aware of the risk) and then let us test test and test! It would be impossible to release a 110% working phpwcms 2.0...Ever dear O. can't do that. That's just normal...

No i dont and we will test whatever is released before we install it for our clients! But a developing branch will not be tested as we have no time to test something that is just for the folks that cant wait. Again we can wait untill Oliver is happy! He is the developer of this FREE open source software and therefore we can demand nothing at all! All i might do with a developing branch is have a look to check it out briefly to see what i can expect.

Who demanded anything? The only thing I expect from someone is to follow timeline - free or not...Otherwise I would prefer to have no date at all!

But what can I say I am JUST folks that can't wait!

So you demand to follow the timeline?! ... ;)
And no dates at all would make you happy? I think than you would go on about not haveing a timeline!
Again its FREE! its the best easy cms out there to my knowledge! And this baby is not even two years old!
Also there is no bad intention from OG! i am sure! He is just letting you know his plans.
So you can expect nothing, but you will still get a lot more than you might deserve!!!!
