Is there a replacement tag that shows the actual category of the article??

If not... there should be one, right?

Is there a way to make this tag work dinamically like a link, like:
<a href="{PAGETITLE:1}">{PAGETITLE}</a>

Ore something like that??

Perhaps is already done but I don't speak german.
