Skyscraper in 2colum layout

Is and how is it possible to make a skyscraper banner at te rightside of the 2 column layout. I'm traying for a day now and it is now working.... In my eyes the main container is the badguy...

Can anybody tell me how and where i need to modify the header,main,left,right OR with files i need te edit.

Hope somebody can help me

oke i already found it

placed a extra DIV in de content.func.inc.php

That's not the right way... change your template and put it in there

I know but everywhere i placed a extra Div for the Skyscraper the height of the container div changed to the height of the skyscraper. So I could get it done with the template layout.
