Multiple Languages

But I can't switch the language on a specific site and have it displayed in the second language. When I switch language it alway jumps back to the root-page of the language-tree-branch.

I know that, you can also let
de and en be the index of each language.

But I want to know if it possible to change the language
when you are on de - cat1
to get directly to en -cat1

Like it is on yaml.de

I think an easier way to get a real multilanguage website could be achieve if we could be able to specify under which languages a certain CP must be shown.

So when we create a new article we will see:

TITLE: _______ (for default language) (+)
(if you click on the (+) symbol you will be given the possibility to add a new title on a different language:
ALTERNATE TITLE: ______________
FOR LANGUAGE(s) : ( ) Lang 1 ( ) Lang 2 ... ( ) Lang n (a multiselect list box)
(+) (just in case you need more.

This goes for the Title.

And for any CP a new parameter:
FOR LANGUAGE(s) : ( ) Lang 1 ( ) Lang 2 ... ( ) Lang n (a multiselect list box)

With this approach phpWCMS could show CPs only intented to be shown for the selected language... and show the arrpopiate title.

I think this is not complicated given the current code structure (for a phpWMCS knowledged programmer of course).
