where are the template codes store?

Ok heres my problem. I've done fresh install ver 1.3.0 without realizing that i no longer have html template backup. But I have back up of version 1.2.8 and database. Does anyone know which file of 1.2.8 have template codes?

The easiest way is to open your old 1.2.8 from the backend and copy the template parts out of here into the new.

I don't know how to read BLOBs out of phpwcms_pagelayout and phpwcms_template MySQL tables. And I don't know if an import would do it.
