Hi Oliver

The newsletter in phpwcms system is very good but not same. Mailing list is different and its works as news group. Eg user is allows to sign up to 1 or more specific group and specific subject for read and send mail to this group.

People who have enjoy to group then use 1 email address eg newsgroup@phpwcms.de to send mail to all other user in group

@oliver

ich glaube er meint so etwas wie eine mailgroup. user schicken dann an eine adresse eine nachricht und diese wird dann an alle Teilnehmer versand. quasi ein forum ohne forum.

I think he means a mailgroup function - just like a forum without the forum :)

Yeha and messages user send goes to there email adress they signed up with. And they can send to 1 email adressen to send messages to all user in group, depends on right persmisons on "admin panel" ofcorse.

In our c-panel there is Miling list software that call Milman http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/ but very ugly.

I can design member page from temlate form in that softweare but dont like it anyway and admin area is very ugly also.

Ugly is wrong word, maybe simple is better

Mailing lists should be handled by special software. This is nothing cms is specialized for.

There are too many system specific things - makes no sense to develop this.

Ask your provider to switch to MailMan - the software I use myself:
http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/

Yes i know and i asking for free mailing list softweare to use. I aready have Mailman i can use via c-panel and dont need to ask provider to switch anyting.

As i wrot i looking for other softweare becuase i dont like Mailman. The sytem Mailman use is good but dont like signup design, admin design etc. and loooking for other softweare thats is better.

Here is examle of Mailman:s defult sign up form for user. http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users

Not the hotest design!!
