interactive menuselect in email contact form

I wonder if somone have a solution aboute interactive menuseletion.

For examlpe:

You select a value in menuselect field 1, what ever you choose will related in the value in menuselect feild2....

Some of such solutions are described in forum.

Most of default menu replacement tags are able to work using a start ID. In combination with some PHP code you always can transfer current selected ID status to such menu.
