Flash FLV plugin options

Is there any way to have a client upload and use an FLV file? I understand what is needed for the flv to work (ie a flash player swf) but any suggestions of how to do this? Thanks.

Thanks. Yeah I came across this before. How would you suggest implementing this into wcms so that someone with limited knowledge can upload flvs?
