I installed phpwcms for the first time on IIS. I was unable to create a loginaccount through the setup, so i found a workaround on the forum through phpadmin. Now i can login and change my password in wcms. But i still cannot create a new account.
I use Windows 2003, IIS6, PHP 4.4.4 and mysql 5.0.26.
I've seen the same action in 1.2.6 and 1.2.8
on windowseveryone has full control on the files.
In order to get phpmyadmin working i had to set the old password option in mysql.
Did i miss something?
