update from 1.2.8 ??? auf 1.2.8 patch G

hi,

1. how do i know which version a 1.2.8 is?
2. how do i update it to the latest? just upload patch e+f+g? what about the config-file in the patch? really use it instead of the old done?

check if in the config.inc.php are new lines add them or use the new one
