Safe mode and Imagick

Oliver,

If I remember correctly, a few days ago I read on your site (not the forum) something about safe mode of the server.

Problem that I run into is that I want to turn safe mode OFF and give only the Imagick program the right to be executed from all over the server. Now I have to turn safe mode ON and that's not what I like.

Do you know what that issue was, that was written on your site about safe mode?

As I know it's not possible to run ImageMagick when SAFE_MODE On normally. http://us3.php.net/manual/en/features.safe-mode.php

But I'm working on a GD thumbnail function.

The GD thumbnail function is very important, the system run perfect, but the most isp run the server in safe mode.
i have found the gd parameter in the config file and activated, did not work.
