Short message advertising script

I want to know if is possible to make a script similar with guestbook but for Short message advertising where the users can add an anounce like:

Name box: xxxx
e-mail box: xxxx
Phone box: xxx

Message box:
I sell 1 mobile phone with handsfree bla bla bla in nice condition....

Price box: 20 $

Submit button

Is in the forum a script like this?

why dont you use the guetbook, looks like it is pretty much it?!
