Can't login

After I installed phpwcms (1.1-RC4 Rev. A), I tried to go to the homepage of the CMS, but it was blank.
Also I can't login to admin control panel. It always redirect me back to the login page.
I don't really know what's the problem.
Can it be the issue with PHP or MySQL version?
I use PHP 5.0.5, MySQL 4.1.18.

Please assist.

Hi Morozov,

please don't use 1.1RC4 anymore. There is a brandnew release at Sourceforge at

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=140436

called 1.2.6...

It has more features than the old version and is also a stable release.

If there you have error messages at setup running, please upload all in binary mode.
