Is it possible to integrate a blog in phpwcms? A blog with user accounts etc. Where should I put it? Should I make a link and open the blog in an Iframe (it has to open within the site built in phpwcms)?

Can I integrate a poll made in php?

Can I integrate a Forum like this from PhpBB? How?
