Guestbook: 2 posts per hour allowed

I'd like to edit my phpwcms guestbook so that people are allowed to post 2 times within one hour. That way people can correct mistakes in their first post and we should still be spam free.

What's the easiest way to achieve this?

mhhh..

2 Posts per Hour - can also be Spam - this makes 48 Spam's a Day - not good

I would prefer the Captcha Solution

but you can setup direct in the gb cp the time
