How to create a template howto/tutorial

Hello all,
I wrote a short howto on how to make a template. It is nothing in depth but hopefully it will help some people get more familiar with phpwcms and creating templates. There is also a template standard with regard to distributing templates so if you make your own and you wouldn't mind sharing it, you can do so knowing it won't mess anyone elses template up.
