Newsletter - will not send (or I do not receive)

I wanted to remove some newsletter subscriptions and I did so in phpmyadmin, but I cannot delete "subscription_info" even though I am clicking the "delete-X".

In backend of phpwcms I now get the message "error while listing subscriptions" which could be fine with me since I only want to have one sort of newsletter.

However, I wanted to send a letter and none of the recipients/subscribers have received anything. What do I do now? Fix something in phpmyadmin or...?

PS. I see this code in "SQL-request for database ...": SELECT * FROM `phpwcms_subscription` WHERE 1.

Good or bad???
