Parse some files using cgi-binary

I have in my own opinion a very good and stable ISP and they want to keep the php parser as small and simple as possible and doesn't want to include additional modules and programs, however it's possible to use your own php as a cgi binary.
Is there a table of file-dependencies from which I could look up which files to parse with the cgi-binary when I want to use e.g. Imagemagick+Ghostscript?
