Petition module

I'm looking for a module(?) to add into my phpwcms site which will me to post a petition online, and track the names of those who sign the petition into a database.

Ideally it would all be in phpwcms, but if anyone knows of another PHP-based component that will work, that would be great, too. I searched around (sourceforge, etc) but can't find anything.

maybe you should aks for this in the hacks forum, but i think this would not be written by oliver g.

Hi Digger

You may want to check this thread that dernier_recours started.
He brilliantly exploited the GuestBook to make it behave as Petition Module.
