How to change admin login details?

After setup the script creates a admin-user and a password. I don't remeber that I choose the password myself. But anyway:

mydomain.com/phpwcms/login.php

How can I change the password for the admin-login?
How can I change the loginname of the admin?

in db direct - or use the setup process and create new admin account
